There got to be a reason why mongloid/brown makes up 70% of the world population, including native south & north americans.

You're absolutely right. There has to be a REASON why 70% of the world population is mongoloid/brown.
The way I learned it--in fact I believe current theory supports it-- is that the the world's population started out black. As people migrated to less-sun-infused countries, they began to suffer from Vitamin D deficiency, so lighter skin became more predominant in the northern climates where there's less sunshine. Survival of the fittest and all. People need their vitamin D.
So it makes sense that 30% of the world population adapted to less-sunny climates through natural selection in order to survive and reproduce, and it makes sense that 70% of the world population are darker-skinned because they need the darker pigmentation in their skin to protect them from the sun's harsh rays. Therefore you can without question call "brown" or "mongoloid/brown" the "NORM."
