Lord of the Rings Battle Game- Elves and Gondor in the same army?
I really like Wood Elves and I really like the Warriors of Minas Tirith- I know they're both good (I mean on the Good side) but can I use them in the same army or do I need to just use just figures from the Fellowship of the Ring or Two Towers or Return of the King?
I mean the miniatures game not a video game so don't tell me to go to GameFaqs or anything.

Well, at the time period in which the Lord of the Rings is SET, the Wood Elves DO join forces with the Warriors of DALE and the Dwarves of the Lonely Mountain. (mentioned in the appendices).
In the MOVIE, the High Elves of Elrond joined forces with the Rohirrim (Rohan) at the Battle of Helm's Deep, but in the book, the High Elves are NOT involved in any battles "This is the time of men". Only the sons of Elrond (half-elven) join with Aragon/Elessar/Strider.
Now, if you go to the BOOKS, you will ALSO realize that the High Elves and the men of Gondor fought together at the Gladden Fields at the overthrow of Sauron... but that is several hundred years before "The Lord of the Rings".
