Can anyone rate my magic deck?
If you don't know what this is then don't comment. I just made this deck and I really think this is great. Just wanted to see how I can make this better. I spent over 700 dollars on making this deck. Rate it from 1-10, while 10 being the highest. It's a black and blue mill/discard deck.

7/10. You get +1 since I see 4x Hymn to Tourach, which is one of the sexiest cards ever.
This deck is pretty good at what it does, but you don't want to run both mill and discard in the same deck. Your win conditions don't sync very well, so if one fails, then the other can't take advantage of what the first already tried. If you want two good win conditions that sync, use card stealing (as in Animate Dead-type cards, where you take cards from your opponent's graveyard) with either mill or discard. Running both doesn't work well.
Changes to make for mill:
-Glimpse should be 4x.
-Jace Beleran is also a good mill card. Add 2x.
-4x Archive Trap. Solid as mill, end-phase drop, and the trap option really helps.
-Add creature removal or good blockers. Like 6x total cards here.
-Add 4 more lands. Dual lands are best here. Land total should be around 24.
Changes to make for discard:
-Liliana Vess 2x.
-Replace Ostracize with Kozilek's Inquisition 4x.
-Hypnotic Specter x4
-Guul Draz Specter, maybe 3x. Your call. Forcing your opponent to try and keep a card in hand to prevent the +3/+3 is good.
-Add 4 more lands. Dual lands are best here. Land total should be around 24.
-Liliana's Caress? Possible win condition. Useful with discard effects. However, this card will not be legal to purchase until July 16th. Some people might be able to pick up a copy or two at the M11 prerelease, so you could try and trade with people there.
