The only problem is that they don't always work the best in games. Something you must decide right away with a theme deck is how much you want it to conform to the theme, and how much you want it to be a deck that plays well. You can rarely have both completely.
I'll give you some pointers, and you can decide for yourself what you want to implement -- because some of the suggestions may change the theme too much for your tastes.
1) BEST CARDS ONLY: A general rule-of-thumb for the playableness of MTG decks is that you try not to have only one of a particular card in your deck. If it's not good enough to put more than one in then it's not good enough to even have one of them in your deck -- all it will do is get in the way of you drawing the good cards in your deck.
2) 60 CARDS: Another general rule is that it's best to have as few cards in your deck as you're legally allowed to have (as you probably know 60 cards is the normal amount allowed).
You want only the best cards in your deck. Take out all of the cards that are not absolutely neccessary so that the chances of you drawing the cards that ARE absolutely neccessary go up. Only add non-absolutely neccessary cards if your deck is not up to the legal amount of cards yet (usually 60) even though you have all of the absolutely neccessary cards in your deck.
3) LAND AMOUNTS: The last general rule I'll give you is this: In a 60 card deck you will want anywhere from 22-25 lands to make sure you are not getting land-famined ("land-famined" or "land-screwed" is when you are not drawing enough land cards). 22 lands is about 36% of the deck.
4) DECK REVIEW: Okay, so now I will review your deck. I would put more Terramorphic Epanse cards in for sure since when you play them you bring 2 lands into play in one turn -- for instance, Ior Ruin Expedition will gain 1 counter when you play Terramorphic Expanse and then ANOTHER counter when you put a basic land into play by using the Terramorphic's ability to "search your deck for a land and put it into play". Other cards you could use to do this are Bant Panorama (inexpensive) or Misty Rainforest (expensive).
I would concentrate more on your theme if I were you. Instead of cards like Phantom Warrior, Prized Unicorn, Paralyzing Grasp, Eye of the Kraken, Sage Owl, Alluring Siren, etc. I would put more cards in the deck that have the ability "landfall". Then any cards you put into your deck to help these landfall abilities will be more useful and help you more often.
Like I said, only make the changes you want to make since it's your deck, but just know that sometimes theme decks can come with the price of not being easy to win with.
