Most OPC's, Resveratrol and other Antioxidants are useless if they're packaged in an environment susceptible to oxygen, thus oxidation. That means if you buy an antioxidant supplement in pill or capsule form and the pill is not individually sealed in a blister pack, you're likely getting sold a bill of goods.

The reason is simple - in fact it's almost too simple. OPC's and Antioxidants are good for our bodies because they neutralize free radicals. That's it! That's the only reason. So if you buy OPC's or Resveratrol and antioxidants in a canister of air, the free radicals in the air will be neutralized by the antioxidants in the unsealed capsules or pills. Then when you ingest them, you're getting nothing. The free radical is stable and the antioxidant is just another molecule.

Stick to individually sealed packets, blister packs or some other air-tight container: otherwise you're buying what they put into the container, not what comes out.
