I remember in the late 1970's, packing up popcorn and crawling into the family van with my pajamas on. The purpose not being to start a long road trip, but the plan was to go to the local drive-in theater and watch the latest science fiction movie - Star Wars. It was a magical movie for a child, and it encouraged the imagination to run wild with wonderful heroes, powerful women, and evil villains. Upon reflecting on those memories in my youth, how could I have possibly predicted that Star Wars would pass the test of time and in addition, produce six sequels? Each subsequent sequel brought more imagination, fantasy, and escapism.

YODA HALLOWEEN COSTUME
Let's take a look back in time at the heroes of the Star Wars movies, starting with wise old Yoda. Yoda's gentle nature and unusual way of talking provided us all with a deeper sense of philosophy, kindness and wisdom. People dressing up as Yoda this Halloween season will, 'fun, you will have, as this powerful and wise Jedi Master'. Don't be fooled by his gentleness however, he is a powerful Jedi Master who is able to give the 'bad guys' a run for their money!

Then there was Hans Solo's loyal companion, Chewbacca.
