Dungeons and dragons?
I'm currently looking to buy a starter set of d&d manuals...Me and my friends currently use 3.5, and i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i could buy my own set of manuals for a small price...basically i want the player-handbook, monster manual and then what-ever else i would need...im also fond of sorcerors, so i would love to get as many magic manuals as possible...i think that there is a weapons manual, so that would be nice to get, since we love to use offensive strategies...any help would be appreciated...!
The SRD has all (at least the open content) of the rules you need to play.
As far as getting books for a decent price, you can check out Paizo, Amazon, Ebay etc they all generally have good prices on books.
If your wanting things that are more specific to Magic users you can check out the books
Complete Arcane, Complete Mage, Spell Compendium, Players Handbook 2
There are alot of other things for Sorcerors, but those books will give you the most crunch (a term used to describe rules) for your money. Most other books will have feats and Prestige Classes, but not in as much quantity.
One thing you can also do to help in your book hunt is to go to crystalkeep and look through the various feats and prestige classes listed. If you get ideas from there you can more specifically purchase books that you will want
