so yeah when i entered the tops casino i accidently refused to give my weapons to them and was forced to extringuish all the guards, i spoke to yes man in bennys suite and now the WILD CARD CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT quest states: kill or disable mr house and get the chip from benny at the fort, however i cannot enter the lucky 38 casino to kill mr house as obviously the door is impenetreble, so which fort is benny located at? sometimes the quest marker points me to cottonwood and now it just points me to the lucky 38 :s
First off, congratulations on slaughtering the Tops security detail and confusing the storyline a bit.
The quest marker directing you to Cottonwood Cove is the way to go. That will get you across the Colorado River to Legion territory. Make your way to the main Legion camp, on a place called Fortification Hill (the Fort they referred to). Find your way inside to track down Benny and the Platinum Chip.
